Stampede Mela Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By attending Stampede Mela, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enter the festival grounds.
2. Admission and Entry
Admission to Stampede Mela is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. Stampede Mela reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual for any reason.
3. Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the festival grounds.
- No illegal activities are permitted.
- No weapons or dangerous items are allowed.
- Respect for other attendees and festival staff is required.
4. Liability
Stampede Mela is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.
Stampede Mela will not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained by attendees during the festival, unless caused by the negligence of Stampede Mela staff.
5. Food and Beverages
Food and beverage vendors are independent contractors. Stampede Mela is not responsible for the quality or safety of food and beverages sold by these vendors.
6. Children
Children under the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter the venue. Government ID will be checked before entry to the venue is permitted, Stampede Mela is an adult only event.
7. Changes to Terms
Stampede Mela reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
9. Text and Call Terms of Service
By opting into our messaging program, you agree to receive phone calls, text messages related to retreat updates, appointment confirmations, reminders, marketing and promotional messages among others.
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying “STOP”. After you send “STOP,” you’ll receive a confirmation message, and we will stop sending you messages. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again, and you will begin receiving messages from us once more.
